ECODRAIROne of the classic product rangers from the house of sanpar. Ecodrair series are those refrigerant compressed air dryers which employs tube-in tube design of air to air and evaporator in the dryer. The capacity ranges from 5 cfm to 180 cfm with operating pressures from 4 bar g to 16 bar g.,Wherein higher pressure ranges are also available up to 50 bar g.

These generally comes with air cooled condensers and have proven to work efficiently even at ambient temperatures soaring up to 50°c. This provides compressed air at a consistent pressure dew point of (+) 3 ° c and with a pre filter and after filter ensures the compressed air quality conforms to iso 8573.1 class 1.4.1. Where,1 stands for dust particles less than 5 micron4 stands for pressure dew point of (+) 3 ° c1 stands for residual oil content less than 0.01 mg/m3.
The dryer is incorporated with hot gas bye pass valve which acts as modulating valve during the air flow fluctuations. The dryer is also incorporated with capillary tube to ensure consistent evaporating temperature irrespective of load fluctuations and ambient temperature variations.

The dew point indicator is of digital type showcasing the high accuracy of the pdp maintained. The accompanying filters have differential pressure indicators which helps in replacing the filter element not too late and not too early so that we could extract the full life of the filter element. These dryers are compact and it’s’ footprint is minimal. Inlet and outlet connections are the rear of the dryer, making it convenient for installation.
Silent workaholic dryers that these are, they are most reliable and need very little or no maintenance except cleaning of condenser fins from time to time depending on the dust conditions at the site and the cleaning of zero-loss compressed air automatic drains.

Moisture separator is a very special design from the house of SANPAR as it has no moving parts and need no replacements. This equipment is what we call a work house. It does not need any attention, and is an individual value contributor in the compressed air treatment system

The incoming moisture laden air enters the moisture separator and creates a whirl inside the separator – thanks to the well angled separator – the moisture gets separated from the compressed air by centrifugal force at a tangential angle. The water particles that hit the cold surface od the receptacle trickles down to the bottom only to get drained off through the automatic drains.
At a constant pressure drop of not more than 0.06 bar g, this moisture separator is the least energy consuming solution. This has the similar aluminum pressure die cast housing or carbon steel housings depending on the air flow rates.

The concept of “low flow: long life” has been the mantra for SANPAR rather than “high flow: short life” while designing and selecting its filter cartridges. The lunatic adherence to this concept is in accordance with the tagline of “energy conservation in compressed air treatment” of SANPAR. These cylindrical filter elements are mounted in aluminum pressure die cast housings or carbon steel housings when it comes to employing multiple cartridges to cater to the higher air flows. While the filtered air conforming to the standards of ISO 8573.1 class 1 for dust and class 1 for residual oil content is lead to the outlet of the housings, the unwanted oil is drained out at the bottom of the housing through a no loss of valuable compressed air drain, which could be float type or liquid level controlled type or electronic timer based drain solutions

Differential pressure gauge:These filters are adequately equipped with differential pressure gauges and indicators to ensure that filter cartridges are replaced not too early ; not too late which saves energy.
DrainsEach filter is supplied with an automatic drain to drain off the unwanted oil at the bottom of the housing through a no loss of valuable compressed air drain, which could be float type or liquid level controlled type or electronic timer based drain.
Condensate Level IndicatorThis enables to have a visual inspection of the condensate accumulated at the bottom of the filter. This monitors the drain’s performance or to know when to drain-off, if in case the manual drain is fitted.

When condensate is not drained from a compressed air system it damages compressed air system components. drain valves remove condensate and thereby protect the components downstream to the compressed air treatment system. a drain valve should be installed at each place in your compressed air system where condensate accumulates.
Sanpar make internal drain is a no air loss drain. sanpar make internal drain is float type drain with standard 1/2" bsp connections. there is no-air loss drain.An AUTOMATIC TIMER CONTROLLED DRAIN consists of a strainer with a solenoid valve (230v A/C). The drain valve opens based on the timings set in the drain. Also the time interval between the successive openings of the valve can be set. The drain has standard 1’’ BSP connections.

The SANPAR Level Sensor Drain which ensures there is no loss of compressed air while the condensed moisture/water is drained off the Dryer/Filter/Air Receiver. The solenoid valve closes while the condensed water level reaches the bottom sensor and valve opens while the level reaches the top sensor. There is always a small amount of water that remain in housing, preventing the compressed air draining it along with water. Drain housing are equipped with all of the features required to make this the most efficient and cost effective draining solutions for compressed air system. The drain comes with an aluminium die cast housing that can withstand a maximum working pressure of 16 bar(g).
