The 3000A is a lightweight single cylinder alligator type tool designed for applications requiring special access. The 3000A can be fitted with interchangeable jaws. It is powerful, easy to handle and comfortable to use. In many applications this is the ideal tool. Jaws are interchangeable with the 6000A.

The 3000C is a single cylinder, powerful and lightweight handheld compression tool used primarily for riveting and inserting captive hardware. Other uses include swaging and staking. It is available in a wide variety of interchangeable C yokes that are also compatible with our 6000C.

The 6000C features a lightweight twin tandem cylinder for added power. With more than 6000 pounds of total force, it provides maximum power at minimum weight. Compact and easy to handle, this tool is first choice where additional power is required. It is available in a wide variety of interchangeable C yokes that are also compatible with our 3000C.

Our most powerful handheld tool employs a twin tandem cylinder design, creating more than three tons of squeezing force. The 6000CHP can function as a hardware insertion press or as a high-powered riveter. To ensure flatness the 6000CHP is fitted with a special yoke with an increased gap. It accommodates studs up to 1/2 inch in length as well as threaded inserts, floating nut plates, standoffs, etc.
This unit has available special tooling for No. 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 studs and 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 threaded inserts. This versatile tool can be adapted to almost all captive press-in-style hardware. The tooling is organized and shipped in a foam insert for protection.

This unique tool may be ideal for your special dedicated assembly requirements. It features a single cylinder, alligator type with our standard stroke adjustment. It uses a three way foot pedal and simple bench mounting, leaving the user's hands free for easy workpiece manipulation. It can be fitted with optional, interchangeable alligator jaws.

The 6000AS is our high power twin tandem alligator type featuring unique adjustable stroke control. It is designed for simple bench mounting. It is portable and easy to set up and like all our tools is near noiseless, making it ideally suited to work in confined areas. The added power makes this one of our most versatile tools. It is perfect for riveting and inserting captive hardware. It comes equipped with a three way foot control, hoses, hardware and connectors.

This is one of our most popular bench mounted tools for hands-free operation. It employs a single cylinder compression unit. The 3000CS is fitted to a heavy duty stationary "C" yoke. The adjustable mandrel permits simple, precise pressure settings. It is ideal for eyelets, solid and semi-tubular rivets, plus captive hardware of all kinds. With proper tooling, it is also ideal for staking and swaging. The 3000 CS incorporates the handy stroke control adjuster. It comes equipped with a three way foot control, hoses, hardware and connectors.

The 6000CS is a twin tandem cylinder compression unit mounted on a heavy duty bench type "C" yoke. It is intended for very small to medium diameter rivets and captive hardware. Its simple hands free operation allows easy workpiece handling. It also features our unique stroke control. It comes equipped with a three way foot control, hoses, hardware and connectors.

The Model 8000CS delivers 8,000 pounds of force. Our machine is equipped with the four way foot control and housing, hoses and necessary hardware for immediate operation. These tools feature bolt on tooling which make possible endless combinations to accommodate your standard and special requirements.
The squeezing force, ranging from less than an ounce to four tons, is highly adjustable and under the direct control of the operator. When properly tooled and adjusted the 8000CS will render accurate and consistent work. It is capable of meeting the most rigid specifications. This machine can be used for swaging, staking, hole punching, riveting and pressing in captive hardware.
This model comes in two yoke sizes: 6" x 5" or 6" x 8".

Like the 8000CS, the CSA model provides 8,000 pounds of force but gives more freedom of operation. The three sizes of yoke allow a significant range of function and customization to fit your riveting, swaging or punching needs. Our machine is equipped with the four way foot control and housing, hoses and necessary hardware for immediate operation. The 8000 CSA system includes the Standard Accessories Group (flanger, standard and special tooling bars, tooling bar spacer, wrenches, squeezer sets, spacer shims, adjustable mandrel, etc.).
This model comes in three yoke sizes: 9 1/2" x 3, 12 1/2" x 3" or 24 1/2" x 3".

The 15000CS delivers 15,000 pounds of force. Our machine is equipped with the four way foot control and housing, hoses and necessary hardware for immediate operation. The 6000A alligator type employs a twin tandem cylinder for added power. This design provides maximum power in a lightweight easy to handle tool. It can be fitted with optional size alligator jaws. This tool utilizes standard squeezer tooling for rivets and threaded inserts. The 6000A is our most powerful alligator tool. All jaws are interchangeable with the 3000A tool.
